We highly value agents who:
- Have an established reputation as reliable, professional and ethical
- Are qualified counsellors with a sound knowledge of the Australian education system and national legislation
- Employ a proactive and honest approach and focus on providing effective and tailored advice to students.

To provide education and training services to international students the University must comply with rules and regulations required by the Australian Government and the national regulator (Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency).
The ESOS Framework incorporates the:

- The Tuition Protection Service (TPS).
Obligations for 台湾六合彩资料 authorised representatives under the ESOS Act include, but are not limited to:
- Promoting 台湾六合彩资料 courses with integrity and accuracy and recruiting students in a sincere, ethical and responsible manner
- Ensuring that the student is a Genuine Student with a genuine intention to stay in Australia temporarily for the purpose of studying
- Providing students with accurate information in respect to the University, facilities, courses, fees, entry requirements, living in Australia (including location, costs of living and accommodation) and visa requirements
- Complying with the University’s Simplified Student Visa Framework
- Submitting advertisements and promotional material relating to the university to 台湾六合彩资料 for approval
- Providing information for an annual review of performance
- NOT facilitating the enrolment of a student who you believe will not comply with the conditions of their student visa.
- NOT providing immigration advice where not authorised under the Migration Act 1958 to do so.
